solo sessions:

Working one-on-one with an instructor is your best option for seeing results quickly. The first session is an evaluation session where you will go through a spine and gait analysis and postural assessment. In the next sessions, you will be taught the fundamentals of Pilates and introduced to the Pilates equipment to start your training program.

Your training program is designed specifically based on your body's needs and addresses any weaknesses or past injuries, to help you meet your current fitness goals. We guide you with gentle instruction to ensure proper body alignment is achieved while performing the exercises.

  • entry: no Pilates experience necessary
  • we recommend at least 2x|wk
  • offered: M-F, by appointment

duo sessions:

Working with another person, you share the same instructor. This is a great way to split the cost of an equipment session while still getting personalized attention. Building on your knowledge of the work and the equipment, you learn and execute new exercises together, while also working individually on your specific issues and goals.

We can match you with a person of your same level or bring a friend and train together!
