I enjoy pilates because at this point in time, it has become my sanity check due to the various events occurring in my family. I originally wanted to get back into it to return to long distance cycling. I truly believe it helped me get through the first and only century bike ride I did and helped reduce some of the aches and pains from biking that others experienced.

Lastly, a big factor has to do w/Keli. When your instructor is as knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the subject, it really motivates the students as well.

Am I ever glad I tried Pilates and even more thankful that you have been my instructor, Keli! I am always amazed at your patience. I am thankful for your wonderful attitude, your cheerfulness and your sense of humor - how you seem to know just when I need a little more praise because my confidence is wavering.

Pilates HAS worked for me. I feel better - less back pain from the effects of stress and scoliosis. I have now found Pilates, and thanks to you, Keli, a way to feel more in touch with my body and to improve my health and well-being.
